Heading South, follow Route 1 past Damariscotta to Route 27 South. Turn left onto Route 27 toward Boothbay Harbor.

About 10 miles down is a shopping center and a traffic light. At the light, take a left onto Route 96. Follow Route 96 approximately for 6 miles through East Boothbay village. Continue for about 4 miles more. Eventually, you'll see a sign for Ocean Point Studio on the right side of the road. Just past the sign turn right onto Van Horn Road, and look for the studio about a 1/2 mile down on the left.

You'll know if you miss Van Horn Road because you'll find yourself at Grimes Cove (the ocean). That's O.K. - just keep following the road by the sea and you will come to the studio (Ocean Point is a big circle). If you drive past the studio on Van Horn Road, you'll also quickly arrive at the ocean (about 100 yards past the studio).
